Spent a good part of the day working with the wonderful people at the sewing room of Artisans D'Angkor.
Many of them are trained over a period of time to learn skills step by step. Workshops have been set up to help the local communities train and develop skills that the people can have for life...i am going to be back and forth for a bit.. it's quite a learning curve for myself as well as for them. Trying to up knowledge on the people of cambodia...their lives, crafts, and way of life... there have been a lot of changes over the years and much tends to keep changing rapidly...

NEXT stop...went back to visit the Vietnamese school on the waters of Chong Kneas. Been spending a bit of time there... If u check back to my write up back in April.. that was my first visit

The kids stopped bing SO Shy!!
Afterhours.. a few of the kids live on the boat as they don't have a home.. and the rest are JUSt HANGIN.. and having fun.
Luan - is the resident teacher from Saigon who's gonna be living here for another 6 months.
This is just a part of his Class...The kids just kept increasing.... must have been the CADBURYs!
